By accessing and using Pets For Life (petsforlife.pk), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental consent to use this site and place orders.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing Accuracy

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). While we make our best efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Formation

Placing an order via our checkout form constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only considered accepted and confirmed after our staff verifies it with you via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason.

5. Payment Terms

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfers. Available bank transfer methods include Meezan, HBL, Alfalah, Nayapay, Sadapay, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free for orders above PKR 5,000, and a flat rate of PKR 250 applies to orders below that threshold. Please refer to our complete Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 48-hour return window for damaged, unsealed, or incorrect items. Photo evidence is required and must be sent via WhatsApp. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via bank transfer or offered as store credit. Change-of-mind returns may incur shipping costs.

8. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer

Products sold on our site, including pharmacy items and supplements, are not substitutes for professional veterinary care. Any advice or recommendation provided by our staff is general in nature and not a clinical diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pets For Life. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, such as placing fake COD orders, repeated doorstep refusals, or engaging in abusive behavior towards our staff. We reserve the right to block users who violate this rule.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pets For Life shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, pet allergies, adverse reactions, or misuse of supplements.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, and guided by the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance.
